We stopped in Valenica on the way to look around and grab a bite to eat. We never did get the knack of finding the good places to eat in Spain. However, we were informed that ordering off the menu isn't how they do it in the nice restaurants; instead you should "have a conversation" about what you want with the chef (or owner, which might be the same person) and he or she will whip up something delicious!
